Aiming to change the way people experience grilled cheese, in 2015, we set out to make our dream a reality by founding the Melted Madness food truck. From humble beginnings, you can now find us everywhere from food truck rally's and large scale events to birthday parties and corporate affairs.

In addition to creating delicious food, we also aim to create memorable experiences for you and your guests. I had an event emergency and found Melted Madness on the Web. The great reviews are on point! I would give them 10 stars if I could! They were super professional and were able to come to the rescue at a very short notice. They were extremely nice, professional, and came extra early. I have absolutely NOTHING bad to say :-)

My company did a large catering with Melted Madness a month ago and it was amazing! The grilled cheese sandwiches were fresh and delicious - they serve it with a cup of tomato soup = the all American favorite duo! We had Melted Madness come out an do an event for our group. We really wanted to do something special at our facility and this food truck blew our expectations out of the water! The service was fast and friendly, the food was delicious and the event (grilled cheese and a band!) went off smoothly. I would definitely recommend them, not only for a quick bite when you catch them out and about, but also for any events! Thank you again - I literally cannot say enough good things!

DELICIOUS! Grilled sandwiches, patty melt, morning avocado and the cuban melt was Magnifico! Had them cater 60th b-day, HUGE hit. Guests LOVED the food, seasoned fries(not greasy) mac and cheese and the tomato bisque for dunking the Melted Madness was the cherry on top. The owners were fantastic to deal with and gave me great advice on some of my choices. A must though order a little extra for the next day, AMAZING!!

First n foremost I need to say what a pleasure it was to have Melted Madness cater our party. The food was fantastic, made fresh, simplistic combinations with complex and satisfying flavors. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating to everyone while also being professional. I know who I'm calling for my next event :D

I generally don't love food trucks because they're so overpriced. Melted Madness was very fair with their pricing and their food was incredible. I got the tomato sandwich with balsamic and added chicken-It was honestly amazing! I tried some of my friend's fries and wished I would've gotten them as well because they tasted AMAZING! 5 Stars! Well done Melted Madness!

Stood in line for 5 min (not including the others standing in line) and then after everyone has been served their food, explains to others who have already received their food that they're sold out, then looks up at me and the others waiting in line that "they're sold out". Take down your menu, put up a sign, idk, don't let us stand there while others are filling up lines elsewhere at the other food truck.
Also how do you sell out of everything on your menu? Did someone come and buy everything at once? Nothing was crossed off the menu, and there were still others who placed

Yum. This food truck produces heavenly sandwiches! I most recently had the patty melt and Cajun fries and my taste buds were delighted! It was one of those meals where I just wanted to be left alone so I could enjoy each bite and eat every last French fry while they were still hot! I prefer my meat medium or medium rare, so when I saw the brown burger I was a bit disappointed, but once I bit into it, it was juicy and tasty as desired.

We invited this Food Truck vendor to cater our company event at Quiet Waters Park and I was glad they came. I have not tried their food before but apparently someone from our company did and recommended them.
At the event, with our group around 50 or so people, they were able to create 3 different dishes for us to choose from. I noticed most people from our company picked their grilled cheese sandwich which I guess that's the dish they are known for. Since my stomach does not take cheese well, I decided to go with the chicken tenders.
Overall everyone from my company seemed to enjoyed

We used Melted Madness, Food Truck for my son's engagement party. The food was great. They got so many compliments from my guests. The husband and wife team couldn't be nicer and so accommodating. I would definitely use their services again. In fact, some of my guests took their business cards for future events.

I have had the pleasure of eating at several events where Melted Madness was present and the sandwiches are delicious. My favorite is the apple/Brie and the smokin cheddar, which are also great to dip in the creamy tomato soup. They are always adding new creative sandwiches and sides, and I love their colorful food truck design- very eye catching! And always wonderful customer service!

Me & Hubby shared the patty melt & and a side of fries (the devil made us order the fries!!) this evening at Saltwater Brewery. The sandwich & fries were absolutely delicious!!!!
The only drawback were the napkins......they were cocktail napkins......
If I'm having a cocktail, then it's nice to have........cocktail napkins.
If I'm having an $11.00 sandwich with a side order, then LUNCH and/or DINNER napkins would be PERFECT to go with a meal!!!
