Future hope told me to get my 3m baby girl who has thrush, gentian violet. I checked Walmart Kroger’s walgreen meijers cvs rid aid and rainbow blossom and NO ONE carried this. Two people recommended Andrews I called they didn’t carry it BUT they could order it! Amazon said it would be here on the 8th-9th and today is the 3rd (for a infection that’s would get increasingly worse if I wait that long.) they ordered it for us and we’re going into tomorrow to pick it up SO THANK YOU ANDREWS PHARMACY AND THE LADY TO ANSWERED THE CALL AROUND 3pm!!!!!!

As a new resident of Shelbyville having moved from Louisville I haven’t had many experiences as a consumer that gave me a true, “small town feel.” This was the best customer service, kindest staff, and most knowledgeable pharmacy I’ve ever used. I wasn’t there to fill anything just pick up a hard to find item (which they had) and ended up grabbing a few other things. Every member of their team I encountered smiled and gave me a personal introduction and seemed truly interested in me as a person rather than a customer. 10/10 will be back again.

Can I just say, stop giving your money to Walgreens, RiteAid and CVS. This is the best pharmacy. They continually find coupons and apply them to your order. They've saved a family member hundreds of dollars on a single prescription...the same prescription that Walgreens was going to gladly charge full price. Andrew's is a great place, they are friendly and will save you money when possible.

I don't think you can top this place with the time and care they put into their customers. They treat you like family. From deliveries to searching to see if they can find a better on your prescription. They know you by name pretty quickly. They listen to your problems. The truly treat you like family. The staff are absolutely amazing.

They go above and beyond, treating customers like family. They've truly captured the hometown feel. Witnessing the care they've showen for my mom during her sever bipolar manic episodes was nothing I've ever seen before, from a business. Treating her with the upmost respect. Not only filling her medicine planner weekly delivering it, an she doesn't live in town. After taking her in a couple times I became a customer. Highly highly recommend Andrews Pharmacy! Such a wonderful addition to Shelbyville, KY.

They offer supplies that you can't find anywhere else and if they don't have it on the shelves they will gladly order it for you. They are really fast when filling prescriptions and will also deliver if you need it! Always bring the dog a treat when bringing the medicine to the house! Friendliest pharmacy staff I have ever come across.

Recently changed over to Andrews Pharmacy this last month and pleasantly surprised by the great customer service and quick response/fill time. I liked my girl at Kroger, but bless her heart it was a min. of 20 to 45 minute wait. I dreaded getting my meds and often went in late because of that. I'm sticking around for sure with Andrew's. They deliver right to my door which cuts down on time off of work for me too. #Perfect
