This towing service is utterly disappointing. After a high charge of service for towing the vehicle, we waited for over two hours to then have them call us and say their driver experienced issues and wouldn't be able to get to us that evening. It is understandable as maintenance issues obviously happen to all of us, but they proceeded to say they could call a more expensive 3rd party because all of their other drivers were going home. When asked about the cost difference, they were unwilling to cover the difference (about $45) between the 3rd party and them despite it being an issue caused

I called for help changing a tire out. They got my card info and after I told them that I found it cheaper elsewhere and they said they are going to charge a $49 cancellation fee. I didn’t tell them to send a driver out yet. Scammers stay away.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER! I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS I COULD...Yesterday on the way home from corona, ca my moms car started to over heat so I pulled over and called for a tow truck. Usually I am the first person to read the reviews on a place but I was already so frustrated and it being so hot outside I just clicked on the first place that popped up on google which was Union Towing. (BIG MISTAKE!) First of all the website says guaranteed a tow truck would be there in 30 minutes and would have the best rates in town, so I'm thinking great I dont have to wait long and it shouldn't cost that

Horrible experience. I was told by the dispatcher that the work will be a minimum of $165 because of a two hour minimum. The work ended up taking 30 minutes and they tried charging me $550. When I wouldn't pay they threatened to tow my car. I had to settle with the driver and give him $300 to put my car down. Do not recommend and will report to the better business bureau. Absolute thieves. And I have the recording to prove it.
And to make matters worse, when I called the office the gentleman in the phone had the audacity to say they charged me more because my car was a 2020 Mercedes... even

Union Towing was recommended to me by State Farm insurance. I didn't see them on " towing services for corona". I called them anyway. Excellent service and price! I was very surprised! They are knowledgeable and fast! I was so impressed that I gave a good tip to the driver. Usually I can't afford the tip because the price is so high. Not in this case! Highly recommend!

My brother in-law was in an accident. I was trying to find a company to tow his van while he was dealing with the other party involved. The lady that answered the phone had an attitude like she just didn't want to be bothered. I had the addresses of where the van was located and where it needed to be towed to and she refused to give me a quote because it was not my vehicle. All I needed was a quote. I received quotes from other companies with no problem. I do not recommend anyone to call this company.
