We wanted to convert a masonry fireplace to gas logs but had difficulty finding a plumber to run the gas line. Fireplace Concepts offered that service and we were able to convert an ugly and dirty wood burning insert to a beautiful gas log set. The staff at FPC and the plumber kept us informed and were extremely nice to work with. The install turned out awesome and we are looking forward to using it this Fall and winter. Thank you!

My experience was via the phone. The man who answered was quite rude and actually seemed to go out if his way to be as little help as possible. He said that the company didn't carry any of the items that I was calling about and that he hadn't heard of them, even though I know of friends who have them. He offered no recourse, such as telling me that he would check on my areas of interest and call me back. I have to wonder if this company, Fireplace Concepts, is going out of business and is hoping, for tax purposes, to make as few sales as possible. Oh well, thank goodness, there are other similar

Bought a wood fireplace insert. The customer service was excellent. The insert was another story. I bought the largest one and was told it would heat 2500 sq ft. I was told it would run me out of my basement. My basement is 600 sq ft and it can't even heat it on a cold day. The blower doesn't seem powerful enough.
Like I said the store employees are awesome but the insert is overrated. I wish I could give a separate review for product and service.

They really know their products. We were able to order gas logs for our basement and a vent free stove for our sunroom. A new gas line had to be installed and they neatened up the gas line connecting our pool heater to the main meter. All was completed from start to finish in less than three weeks. Everything looks great and the stove is amazing! From customer service to installation Fireplace concepts did a great job!
