Born and raised in Kansas City, Natalia has a passion for travel and a passion for people. Aside from traveling several times per year, Natalia is a lifelong student, dedicating her time to studying health, wellness, and psychology. Natalia holds a Bachelor's degree of Arts in Applied Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver.

Much of our work can be done virtually, so we employ Virtual Assistants from Virtual Assistants Company. Each coach has their own personal administrative assistant.
