Any customer who has the Park's Free-Flowing Waterproofing System installed on any structural wall by licensee. Licensee guarantees that the Parks' Free-Flowing Waterproofing System will drain water away from foundation or retaining walls for the life of the structure.
If the Parks' Free-Flowing Waterproofing System ever ceases to drain water away from your foundation or retaining wall, licensee will either correct the problem, or issue a full refund for labor on system installation only which equates to $3 per square foot, not to exceed $10,000.Additional work completed at the time of system installation will not be refunded.

Jody and his team went above and beyond to help correct drainage issues around our house and to prevent water seepage into our basement. At the first meeting Jody pointed out what was causing our basement to leak and recommended a course of action by providing a written quote with a detailed diagram of work to be done. They installed commercial gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, catch basins, a dehumidifier in the crawl space and regraded around the house. We highly recommend Parks' Waterproofing. They completed two jobs for us-one installing a commercial grade dehumidifier and new encapsulation in our crawl space and the second an install of channel drains, additional downspouts, and catch basins in our front yard. A detailed description of each project with pictures was provided to us prior to the start of the project. Crew was hard working and very respectful. Parks Waterproofing did a very big job for me - completely demolishing and removing a 60-year-old retaining wall that was about to collapse. They were GREAT to work with! I wanted the new wall to look exactly like the old wall because it was part of the architectural aesthetics of the house. They did everything exactly right. The level of expertise was off the charts! Parks Waterproofing was recommended to me by my Plumber, as a go-to solution to resolve drainage issues occurring around my house. My house was built with the front yard sloped toward the house, which has grown more pronounced over the years with the increasingly heavy rains we receive, etc., and ultimately leading to internal issues to the house's foundation (a slab foundation). We were having water in our basement every time it rained hard. We feared the worst, and called Parks' Waterproofing for an estimate. After inspecting our basement, Jody told us that the issue was a $10 pipe that we could replace ourselves. He could have tried to sell us an expensive system that we didn't need but he was honest.
