Shelia J Butler & Co are just awesome!! I spoke with representative Kristen Stanfill and she was an absolute joy! She was friendly, attentive, and personably. Not exactly traits you find in many places. Guest service seems to be rare these day,,, but not at SJB and co !!! I wish there were 10 stars to give off of my experience with Kristen alone !

This team is the BEST!! I've had the pleasure of working with them for corporate health insurance for many years and it's always been very professional and the best customer service. This past month, Brandy helped a family member move to Medicare from commercial insurance.
