Innova Technologies has been a great experience. They do a great job outlining project plans (for onboarding, as well as for technology upgrades, etc.). We had a major technology issue arise just prior to a major web-based event and our Tech, David, did a great job resolving the issue. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and calm as he resolved it. Our event went off seamlessly after the issue was resolved.

Innova is a great place to work. Yes, it’s a fun, modern facility to work in. But more than that, I appreciate the collaborative team environment where you are encouraged to be creative, question, and work on improving every process. There are a lot of challenges in today’s work environment, and Innova’s leadership cares and places importance on all workers’ needs.

I have had many dealings with Innova technologies and I think their service and value is unparalleled! They have been responsive in answering my questions about hardware and even went as far as to explain security measures that I should take for personal use.
