This company is AWFUL!!! They changed my appointment date three times. Had me wait all day today, and then did not show up. I called the office and they told me that I never had an appointment scheduled for today although I have an email confirming my appointment. The person was rude told me my appointment was August 3 and not July 3. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Went thru Home Advisor and this company called me to schedule an appointment - we did. 10 minutes later we canceled due to finding a different company. Now they are billing us $199.00 for their time. The customer service was horrible - rude and hung up on us. Very unprofessional. Was told we are going to have our $199.00 invoice sent to collections. Good luck with that - it is the service person's error for not canceling our appointment. Again - this company is RUDE.

I scheduled my carpets to be cleaned on April 30, 2021 for May 11, 2021. Appointment time frame 10:00a.m. - 2:00p.m. I telephoned their office at 2:00 p.m because the carpet cleaner had not called nor showed up. I was placed on hold then the call was disconnected. I called back and was told I would receive a call back in 3 minutes. Three minutes turned into 30 minutes. Half my day was a waste waiting for the carpet cleaner! I am on my way to Meijer's to purchase a carpet shampoo machine! I didn't want to leave a Star!

I had gotten a recommendation from a Livonia FB page, for duct cleaning. I used their online scheduling service to schedule a whole house, vent cleaning appointment. I received an email confirmation for the following Monday. On The day of our appointment, I received a 2nd, confirmation email, with instructions on what we should expect. I took the afternoon off of work, made arrangements for my pets, moved all of the furniture away from the walls, and I even removed all of the vent covers myself, to make things go easier. Our time slot was "Between 2-6pm" I waited 4 hours, and Nobody showed

I had my air ducts and dryer cleaned yesterday and could not be more pleased. Tim was very professional, great positive attitude, and friendly. Did a thorough job in a most reasonable period of time. I'm glad that my neighbor recommended Irish Mist and intend to use them again and recommend to others.

After reading all the negative reviews about Irish Mist I considered canceling my appointment but I did not. I am glad I did not because it was really a simple process. I booked online and received a confirmation right away. I received an email reminder the night before. I had an 8-12 pm appointment. Shortly before 10:00am I was called by Turner who was scheduled to the the work with an arrival time. He came in an did a pre spray. He noticed that there was a leak in the line before he started so he went to have the hose changed . He promised to be back shortly which he kept. Hey equipment
