We didn't end up using Kosin's Glass, but I can tell that we absolutely would have if all we needed was a windshield replacement. Val was able to verify that body work would need to be done in order to avoid future leaks. Val was super helpful and full of advice and tips. I would have been very comfortable having them do the work. In the future, it'll be the first place we call. It was so refreshing to dial a number and actually speak to someone who works right there, on location and not some call center.

They wear great ! I will definitely go back there for all my glass needs , every one was courteous and friendly, Especially Valerie she was working on a Sunday when I stopped by , they are normally closed on Sundays, but Valerie opened the doors to help me get my started, what a sweetheart.

The lady that works the front is so sweet , kind and has great customer service skills but her son's or grandsons that work there there is so unprofessional... she kindly reminded him about my jeep outside and he lost his s#$% on her Myself and another customer was waiting and heard him and looked at one another like that didn't just happen !! … I get it can get stressful but there was no reason for him to speak to her like that!!
She is the sweetest lady ever!!

One of our work trucks went down with a shattered moonroof. Our Livingston County dumpster business has contractors and residential customers depending on getting on time delivery. I called every glass company that we have used for windshields and none of them service moonroof glass ( kind of important when your roof is wide open). I had one… company that said "drop it off, we will evaluate and give you a price if we can even do it". ughh that doesn't work for me. Finally, I tried Kosins. Excellent service for glass replacement both our home and autos. Unlike some glass shops they did not use a no-name import windshield, for my 50+ year old car they used Pilkington and for my Jeep they used OEM Mopar glass. Last Jeep windshield replacement I called in for an appointment as I was on the road about 30 miles away when it happened. Val'… s answer was "How quick can you get here?" I needed to have a skyllight glass replaced and have the wood trim checked for other damage.
