Terrible. I used them a couple times. The first 2 times the cleaning was fair, even though they are always late, but the 3rd time it was horrible. Everything was still dirty, floors sticky, carpets still had so much stuff on it even after they vacuumed, my tub still dirty, they left everything they moved from bathroom counters on the top of my… toilet and didn’t move it back, they even spilled bleach on my carpet! I had an appointment for 9am on Saturday august 14 2021 and they pushed back time after time that day saying do to short staff. Had them rescheduled for today august 21 2021 at 9am and again pushed back and… said in a text that we guarantee a team to your house at 2pm. I scheduled a week in advance to have three workers for 3 hours $200. Clearly I wanted my house done with detail.
The day of arrival ( my day off) I receive a call saying that only two ladies will be arriving to service my home. I didnβt have time to reschedule as Iβd be hosting a party the following day. Upon arrival one lady entered and began right away in a bathroom. The second lady entered with her shoes. I specified to her the work I would like done in a certain room in detail and instead she proceeded

They were super late, although I told them I have to be somewhere. When they left I went back in to check their work and my husband said "so when would the cleaning crew come?" He thought that the house wasn't even cleaned. I called them numerous times to get them back to come in and clean what they hadn't! They never called me back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. You are better of cleaning yourself than them.

After disappointment of calling so many company for junk removal and pricing. I finally call Brothers LV Junk Removal and Wow this is the cheapest one and booked me the next day.
Alexandra is very friendly and so polite.
Miguel and his partner came on time the next morning. There are very friendly, polite and reliable and I was charge exactly what they quoted me.
Looking for the cheapest and reliable junk removal in town. Brothers LV Junk Removal is the one to call.

I had been a customer of theirs for years. The only reason I maintained (past tense) this company for that length of time was because by my request I had two regular employees whom cleaned my home.
However, dealing with the office management one may expect 1. office mistakes often to which they will attempt to hold you financially responsible… for (thank goodness for text confirmation ) 2. Fraudulent charges: do not keep a card on file because they will attempt to charge that card even if it’s not related to a service job of your own ( Thankfully, I never made that mistake. However

After avoiding this company for 2 years since my last horrible experience with them I had a contractor that was doing some work in my home offer me maid cleaning services which I needed and excepted. Unbeknownst to to myself I had no idea that he was contracting BROTHERS CLEANING whom which I had a terrible experience with two years ago. The appointment was for 01/20/21 9 AM Tuesday morning, the maids did not show up until 9:26am nor did they call ahead of time to give me notice that they would be late. Once they arrived

We were loyal customers of Brothers Cleaning Services up until today. We have used them for eight years. We typically have two girls for two hours for $75 clean our home top to bottom. We recently had a renovation however I have been doing intermittent cleaning throughout my home. I have not yet touched the master and I was waiting for them to give it a full wipe down. When the girls came over today I told him one hour downstairs and one hour upstairs. In the past it has been fine many times.
