Andrew was great! He came to change our flat tire in a storm on a highway, and in less than 30 minutes. We called a few places around the area and no one wanted to come to help us even when I said I would pay them to come and change my flat tire. Andrew said he would be here in 30 minutes and came within 30 minutes. He was fast and took care of our flat tire in 15 minutes. I am really thankful that he came. Thank you!!!!

The tow was quick and professional. When they say 25 minutes to arrive, they keep their word and it doesn't end there. Andrew really took care of my bike, like it was his own, by making sure it was secure and safe from scratches. He was very courteous and made sure my whole experience was great. I definitely recommend.

Amazing service. Was roadside with a flat and called this company. The person said they will be by me in 30-45 minutes and came less than 30 minutes. The tow guy was super friendly and professional and even taught me how to get my tire out and on my vehicle. The service is inexpensive for the quality of work. I saved their number on my phone for any other emergency in the future. These are my new tow guys.

Called Freedom Towing & Transport to two my truck to the mechanic, the man I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. The driver showed up earlier than what was expected, he was very careful with my truck. I will definitely being calling them for all of my tow needs as they are reasonably priced, along with recommending them to anyone I know.

I called few places prior to calling Freedom Towing and the quote was more reasonable and ratings were much better. Despite what has happened to my car, the driver was very accomodating, understanding, and professional. My car was transported on a flatbed and the driver was also knowledgeable dealing with my dealership.
