I cannot say enough good things about Cami, she is phenomenal. I have been working with her for more than five years, and she has been so incredibly helpful at finding me the best deals with all of my insurance changes over the years. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to advise you on insurance matters, as well as looking out for your wallet. Anytime something new came up for me, I knew I could just shoot Cami a quick email and it was taken care of. Unfortunately I am moving out of state and will need to find a new agent, and I will be hard pressed to find someone as amazing as Cami.

Jim May and the crew has taken great care of us over the years. They are always there to ensure we are getting the best coverage at the best price. Cami is truly excellent. She is extremely proactive in finding ways to save us money in our coverage options and is always responsive to any questions we may have. I truly feel that we have an advocate in Cami. In fact, recently, our insurer raised our rates because we had two claims in a year. Cami, completely on her own, reached out to the insurer to advocate that our claims should be considered as one claim (because they were closely related) and the insurer agreed, reducing our annual premium. I love knowing that we have Cami in our corner.

I've been with them for years now and highly recommend them -- they've guided me through some complex insurance situations and I appreciate the care they have for their clients. I was referred to Cami by a friend of mine who said Cami is the Best Agent Ever. I was a little skeptical but Cami made me a believer. Not only did she find me an Auto Policy with better coverage than I had but she was able to save me money on top of it. Plus her service is outstanding. She is so friendly and nice, she answered all my questions and helped me to understand my coverage better. I am going to be buying a house in the near future and will definitely be calling Cami to handle that policy as well. She was polite but left me hanging with a terrible impression of her effortless search to find me a reasonable auto quote. I was referred by her former customer that she was a savior and can help with any challenges. When I waited the next day for her quote the news from her so called comparison rate would have cost a $1098 down and an unnecessary commercial policy which she stated was my only hope. After I called my old insurance company, Geico. Not only did they come to my rescue, I was able to get a regular auto policy instead of her unnecessary commercial quote then it saved me a $1000

We met Cami at the Everett Home Show - she was confident that she could find us a better rate than our current Costco policies. I called a couple of weeks later for a quote, she took all my info and NEVER called me back. Left two additional messages and still no call back. I am assuming you can't beat my current rate or you don't need the business. Regardless, a return call would have been appreciated.

Happy to continue the trend of 5 star reviews for City Insurance Center. I've been with them for almost a year now and have no complaints. I leased a new car under my name last fall, and ended up needing to get my own car insurance (separate from my parents' policy) and was referred to City Insurance.
During the initial insurance search process, I worked with John (?) to compare quotes. He was very helpful via phone and email, over about half a day of quote comparisons. What if I wanted to lower my deductible? What if I wanted more ______? I probably got about 6 quotes before picking

What a great experience I had. After not having car insurance for awhile I was worried about the prices I would be looking at as well as being overwhelmed on where to look for insurance.
