Grace & Shelly's Cupcakes

They wouldn't give us a sample because of Covid apparently they can't do that. Which I find as a lazy excuse to not help out your customers. The service was definitely not great, ice cream i really good enjoyed the red velvet cupcake but she recommended the brown sugar which was terrible and she wouldn't replace it with another!

I bought a cupcake and single ice cream cone
The scoop was the smallest I have ever had. About the size of a prune plum. And what's worse the next morning I sat down with my coffee to enjoy this amazing chocolate cupcake with a mountain of buttercream frosting.... The frosting was so old it crumbled and the cake was dry .... Seriously! I am so disappointed

One of the girls was being really rude and very sarcastic towards me and talking to me like if I was dumb. I’m sorry but she ruined my first time experience from this store. Very rude employee.

Best Red Velvet cupcakes in SWFL….that part is 5 star. The girl working alone on a night with an event that closes down the road in front of the store and a line 20 people line out the door. She gave poise and great customer service 10 stars but Grace and Shelly staff the store please.

Heath Bar ice cream was terrible. Nothing but an icky tasting plain vanilla and tasted like it had melted and been refrozen. Made my stomach feel icky. My husband was sharing it and also thought it was awful. When I took it back in to counter and told lady it was not good. Counter lady only offered to throw it away for me. Yikes! So I asked for a refund which meant she had to call her manager. Manager said they do not give refunds and there was a sign saying that at counter. I had the raspberry cheesecake cupcake, the breading was dry, but the icing was ok. Wife had Boston cream, it had very little cream inside. If looking for a moist cupcake look elsewhere.

We were walking around Naples and had a hankering for something sweet. Grace and Shelly's Cupcakes looked like a cute spot to sit and try some delicious cupcakes.

There are so many choices! We zeroed in on two flavors, peach cobbler and tiramisu. Both cupcake bases were very moist. The peach cupcake was very impressive with fresh peaches used throughout. The tiramisu cupcake was also a rock star. Tiramisu always brings me back to my childhood, my mom would always whip up a Tiramisu for a weekend dessert.

We visited the 5-avenue location in Naples, Florida. They also have another store Mercato, Naples (Florida).
It is a cupcake store, but they also sell ice cream. We ordered a key lime cupcake and It was fresh, delicious, and moist. The flavor is amazing. The cupcake tastes like a real key lime pie.
It is not a cheap place, but the quality of the cupcakes is awesome. One cupcake is $3.46.
It is a small store with few tables inside and outside.
You can park on the street.

Gluten free cupcakes, cooked and kept separate from the others. I got the last one, must be on high demand. Really yummy gf icecream too.

These are hands-down the best cupcakes I've ever had. Had the chocolate cupcake with mint chocolate chip icing and snowball cupcake. We actually brought them home to Philly with us. If we lived closer I would be in trouble...

Good cupcakes. Went late and they were close to selling out but what they had left was worth it.

The “French buttercream” tastes like just plain butter, not good at all. They definitely need to use a different recipe. The cream cheese icing is good and the service was good.

Since closing the fort myers location, my husband and I will drive all the way to Naples for these cupcakes! Delicious, and all around the perfect sweet treat.

Picked up a dozen mixed flavors. Some of these were absolutely delicious. The stars of the show were the key lime and the salted caramel. The key lime had a delicious key lime custard in the inside. The salted caramel had such a light and buttery icing on the top drizzled in caramel.

A few of the cupcakes had frosting that was a little too thick and sweet for me. The carrot cake is the one that stands out in my mind when I say this. The frosting was just a little too sugary. It was missing that cream cheese flavor that I like in carrot cake. It had a little but I was searching for it.

Absolutely the best cupcakes I have ever eaten. I have been enjoying them for years, and have never found any others that even come close. The size, texture, and flavor of the cupcakes are superb, and the frostings are matched perfectly to each flavor. In more than a decade, I have never been disappointed by a single one. I live 120 miles away, but always make Grace and Shelly's a must do whenever I am in Naples. I wish they would open a shop in Broward!

Seriously fantastic ice cream! I had the cookie dough. My son got the medium chocolate milkshake. He said it was the best he had ever had (16 year old chocolate expert). It better be for $10.95. My other son said his rocky road was good - he doesn't get it often to really compare as he admitted himself. Nice way to finish an evening on 5th.

Yumm! This is an extra small cupcake and ice cream shop. Everyone in our group loved their dessert apart from the orange and pineapple.. tasted like artificial orange. Otherwise, everything else was superb.
The line for service was about 20 minutes on a Saturday night. Unfortunately there was only one woman working there! But the line of 10+ people stayed calm so it worked out.

One of my favorite places on 5th.
I avoid most popular places in Naples on holiday weekends as they are overcrowded with east-coast people. Good lord why are they so unpleasant and rude
I have friends visiting, we decided to go to 5th for a walk and stoped at Grace and Shelly's for ice cream. That place was packed at 9:55pm on a Saturday night. People were so rude, loud and unpleasant. I have no idea how the person serving us keep a smile on his face and keep working as quickly as possible to accommodate a bunch of indecisive A..holes.

Delicious mini wedding cake for our small wedding! I was most pleased by the excellent customer service they exhibited! Always patiently answering my questions, working with me to get what I wanted in the price range I needed, and keeping a clear line of communication. The cake was not only beautiful, but it tasted delicious a well!!!

PERSONALLY ONLY TASTED THE GLUTEN-FREE CUPCAKES
These are the only items I've had over several visits. They don't make too many and have definitely run out by early afternoon. While the flavor is great and (very) cute-ly decorated, these Cakes are pretty dense and only mildly moist inside (however that's a common difficulty in GF pastries with difficult solutions ). Not the freshest tasting... I assume from only having a limited number made each time and not enough potential customers.

Lovely little cupcake shop. We thought there was a location closer to the mall but I think this may be the only one. Decorated very nice, really cool floors, light colors, greasy location, and modern looking. Friendly staff.

Now to the cup cakes!!! DELICIOUS! Just amazing! We bought 6 large cupcakes and the minis. Spent about $36. The first one I tried was a pineapple upside down cake. The chunks of pineapple and cherry in the cake made it over the top. Then I tried a mini red velvet. Very moist cake. The frosting wasn't overly sweet.
