I contacted Vista Home Improvement on a project that had come up that was relatively urgent regarding gutters and basement windows, among some other upcoming plans for renovation.
The experience from the initial phone-call was pleasant and very efficient and scheduling was very flexible that fit my schedule.
The Product Specialist that was assigned to me was Ryan Avezzie. He was incredibly prompt on his arrival (down to the minute), incredibly professional from the onset, and helped me understand the various product offerings. One thing that surprised me is that Ryan wasn't pushy AT ALL, and was open to different plans that fit my needs. He truly went above and beyond and he is not only a valuable asset to the organization but I hope you become his next customer.

I am extremely impressed with this company's professionalism throughout the entire process. Our new roof looks fantastic and has significantly reduced our energy costs. The new gutters fit the house perfectly! Yesterday, our new windows were installed, and the crew worked efficiently and maintained a high level of professionalism. We replaced all windows, front door, siding, and gutters of our house. It was a big project and as first homeowners, we needed a lot of guidance and the Vista Home Improvement’s team helped us with every step of the process. We receive a call from this company. My husband said we wanted a estimate on siding. They set up an appointment. This company called back and wanted to know if I was going to be there, my husband said no because I have to go somewhere for that time frame and he didn't see the need for me to be there. My husband said just cancel the appointment, that is when the person changed the appointment time to be acceptable to all of us. We got an appointment and the gentleman came out he did present a the verbal estimate. My husband said please give us a written estimate. To this date we have not received

As our work has not yet begun, this review will concentrate on the sales aspect of home improvements. I initially contacted Vista after realizing they were a preferred vendor for BJ's . The salesman who came to our home was Stone Oliver. The last thing I wanted was an all night presentation on windows, I just wanted the bottom line - but he made the visit painless. The presentation he made was one of the things that endeared me to this company. I have never seen an employee work so hard for a customer while representing a company so well. My initial consult was for windows but while working one
