Recently had all 4 wisdom teeth removed from CT surgical arts (Dr Martin). I will say loud and clear, this place gave me the absolute worst medical service I have ever received in my entire life. I felt as if Dr. Martin gets easily annoyed and frustrated with his patients who ask simple questions about their procedure. Even though, questions from your patients is apart of your job to keep them satisfied and calm/worry free. During surgery, there was multiple times that he was extremely rough, to the point where the pain made me gag but his way of calming me down was “it’s fine just relax”

Always happy with my visits to Dr. Martin's office! I have gotten fillers a few times now (and will continue to)! Each time has been a great experience. I have always found Dr. Martin to be kind, responsive, and thoughtful during the process. In addition Tracey and the staff are extremely warm and friendly. Highly recommended if you're looking for a bit of a refresher for your face while staying natural looking!!

Recently had two wisdom teeth removed at Connecticut surgical arts. Every step of the process was fantastic. The entire staff was kind, helpful and very polite throughout the entire process from consultations to X-rays and then the day of the procedure. Dr. Martin was very easy to speak too and communicate with. The procedure went very well and in the time frame i was told. After i had returned home that day I received a phone call from Dr. Martin to follow up on how i was doing and if there was any issues or further questions. Very little pain and discomfort after the procedure. Highly recommend

I brought my 11 year old son in after a referral from his dentist. We first went in during the peak of covid and it was decided to wait on the removal of 2 teeth per his age and growth. We called back and made a new appt after one year. After to speaking to the front deak staff multiple times about the referral (which she had made contact and was approved) we attended the appointment. The Doctor entered the room and proceeded to ask my son and I "What is it you want me to do?" At this point my son had anxiety and was extremely uncomfortable. I responded by explaining i was not 100% sure what procedures

Staff and service were pleasant, and kind. Wisdom teeth removal was quick and efficient. Dr. Martin, on the other hand, was the least pleasant part of the experience. Snippy, hostile, patronizing as all hell, and you can tell he’s waiting for you to shut up so he can go do something else/just not have to hear your voice.
Went in because I had exposed bone after surgery, and his response to me during the check-in was “there’s bone under gums, y’know?” Frankly, I could’ve just been told “that’s normal” when I called the office, and didn’t have to go in just for Dr. Martin to

Just thought I would write another review about this doctor because he did such a horrible job. You can see my last review from three years ago if you sort the reviews by the lowest ratings. From three years ago, I've since developed two periodontal pockets on each inner side of my top teeth where my wisdom teeth were removed BECAUSE my stitches came out not even a couple of days later. MIND YOU, the stitches were comparible to fishing line tied in a couple knots, not at all what sutures should look like. Yup, in the back, my gum lines pretty much just hang there, not attached to my teeth/gum line

I would not recommend him to anyone nor would I go back. Only went because I was referred and he was the first one that could see me-had a molar extracted. He has a better than thou air and no empathy for people who have anxiety at the dentist. His staff was great but he is very snarky and not personable at all. He made a very rude comment while pulling the tooth about me making it worse and needing to calm down. - just be kinder-it’s not that hard.

Dr. Martin and the staff are fantastic. During the procedure they did everything possible to keep me comfortable and pain free. Later that day he personally called to check up. I had a minor issue a few days after, I called and left a message and received a return call very quickly and they were able to schedule me for an urgent appointment that morning. Procedures are quick and I was in an out in 30 minutes.

I’m 25 years old & I’ve never had any type of surgery done prior to this particular procedure. Therefore, the thought of having my wisdom teeth removed frightened me. After the initial consultation, the receptionist emailed me detailed instructions on what to expect after my surgery. She also gave me instructions on the medications I would need to take. This was perfect me. I was able to plan ahead & and get an idea of what to expect. I was also able to purchase my pain killers at the pharmacy prior to the procedure. The procedure itself was quick and easy. (20 min) I chose local anesthesia
