Idaho Rules for Public Drinking Water Systems (IDAPA 58.01.08) and the Idaho Bureau of Occupational Licenses (IBOL) require that all irrigation systems connected to the public drinking water supply be equipped with a backflow prevention assembly. This device must be tested when installed and annually thereafter by a State-certified Backflow Assembly Tester to verify that it is operating properly.

Paid for a job and worker didn't cap the sprinkler like causing water to run out the end of line (imagine hose on full) all day. Called and reported for 3 weeks unable to use my system. Someone came and bent sprinkler line over and put a band - think big rubber band to stop water flow. Charged me $70 to fix a worker error and when I disputed the bill, Terry sent a nasty email telling me to find as different service provider. Do NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK and if have to fish their mistake they charge you.

We hired North Idaho Sprinklers to perform our winterization last year, they came they blew-out the sprinklers, they left.
Come spring I go to turn the water on and it is spraying out the sides and top of the assembly. A quick search of a Wilkins 720a will show that the below picture is not of a healthy assembly. I asked a contractor about the cause of the damage and he stated it looked like it wasn't drained or left open after winterization so it froze.
My wife who had not yet seen the leak contacted North Idaho Sprinkler since they did the winterization, and the lady who answered condescendingly

I've used them for the past 2 years, and before I had the house they serviced the sprinkler system for many years before that. I have always been impressed with their service. I have a giant Blue Spruce in my front yard that was stopping my sprinkler pressure. NIS devoted many man hours fixing the line and got my water pressure back to working order. 5 Start Service from me!

I have used this service for several years and have always been pleased. However, this year the price went up and that was OK for one of my houses that had 10 zones but I have 2 other houses that have only 2 zones and the cost was the same. Before this was not the case. I always paid less for the 2 zones. Not happy about that at all.

I would never call this business back. The last guy that came out did replacements on my sprinkler system without asking. I was shocked but signed off on the extra 50$ . He also said for having a small system it gave him alot of trouble. Just recently realized my grass on system 3 is dying my sprinklers are not coming out of the ground. Im not experienced in sprinkler systems hence why i hired a professional.
