Forgot with all that is going on in my body from this flu to call and cancel yesterday. I expected some charge but $100 while we are all struggling and can't work due to this illness is ridiculous. But I know that's business and will pay it but God please help the front desk to have a more smpathic tone and kind approach when they talk to people. Losing all your business and patients due to rude receptionist is scary. Word of mouth and how you treat people is everything.
I will not be back and it's not the fee! it's her quick, rude and abrupt behavior. God bless y'all and hopefully she gets training

Rude office! Kicked my 15yold out of the office for me inquiring about a bill. The front office said I was rude and I was not. I confronted the same office staff, and she hung up on me after she got her office manager to write us a letter releasing our whole family. I wrote them back and reported them to medicaid.

When I was in high school I got whooping cough and was shuttled around from doctor to doctor who didn't do much but give me cough medicine. My grandmother who also goes here took me to the family health center and I was able to see Deb, right away she was able to figure out it was whooping cough and treated me accordingly that was when I was 17. Now I'm 25 and 50% disabled from the military and this is the place to go to. Staff are extremely friendly and remember your name they honor military and the

I made an appointment with Robert Warren, ANP. The office staff was very nice and helpful and after a couple of appointments remembered my name. Extra points for this! Robert, is very good at his job and after being seen by other doctors in the Valley he is concerned with your health. He even calls with lab results. Therefore, Robert Warren gets my 5 star rating. He is really number one in my book.
