PlasmaTechnologies (AKA Plasma Tech) has been providing complete retrofits since 1993. Over the years we began providing staged retrofits. It starts with a site visit from one of our system integrators, or detailed pictures provided by the customer. Based on the machine's needs and requirements, we custom design your system to do the right job.
In the late 1980's, Alan Bradford started working at Hypertherm in the technical services department. Alan traveled around the country to train and support Hypertherm clients. In 1993 Alan started Plasma Technologies aka. Plasma Tech) to service the Plasma and Flame (Oxy-Fuel) cutting industry. Machinery repair and rebuilding was done mostly on site for retrofits.

Product wise, we offer a wide variety of AC servo drives built for all types of cutting machines. Our Operator Stations come with Hypertherm Edge Connect CNC and help make your machine more productive.
Plasma Technologies Integrated Operators Stations comes with a 15 Inch Touch Screen and run on a Hypertherm Edge Connect CNC. Our Operators Stations work seamlessly with Plasma Technologies AC Drives and most brands of Plasma and Oxy Fuel. Each console can be customized to fit up to 8 Oxy-fuel torches, up to 4 Plasma torches and marker functions.
