My experience of refine MD goes all the way back to 2006 I have received many treatments and I cannot say enough about Dr. Kay and Dr. Veronica,, they are very professional and they listen to you and design an aesthetic plan that suits your needs individually. There is Absolutely no high pressure. When you go to refine MD you are getting the best care possible,, I like the fact that Kay and Veronica are both doctors, they’re not just some injectors that don’t have the experience. Both doctors are very professional and have expert conference in all aesthetic fields.

Exceptional service. I had my first appointment with Vicky yesterday. I get very ill when I see needles, I dont know why but I just get very very ill. Vicky went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and didnt rush me at all! She didn't make me feel bad for suddenly getting nausea. I felt like I was treated so well that it warranted a review. Thank you Vicky, I will be back!

Upon arrival I wasn't greeted with the warmest welcome which surprised me. It shouldn't matter if the appointment is just a consultation, I should be welcomed the same as a tenured member. It was my first time and it wasn't the best experience, I arrived 12 minutes early to fill out paperwork then I waited 15 minutes over my scheduled time just to be seen. My nurse practitioner did NOT wash her hands, she put on gloves, and started my procedure after a quick consult. They do have competitive pricing with their Rewards Program. You can sign up for it, make a deposit, and reap member benefits, exclusives
