Here for Dyno, blow by check, power chk. Chk in at 0600hrs. Got me breakfast, coffee. Just came in.they did basic checks before Dyno. Found big crack in the cac, that was probably the reason for the high pitch whistle under a load.my trusted mechanic did a cac pressure test,15/20 LDS and held for 5 min. Well. Guess that wasn't enough pressure to act as if under a load. No Dyno. Shop said no sense till we or me fix cac, so.i will get $$estimate,time,. Probably get it done. All in all good folks seem fair.friendly, by the book. Think I will have them do the job. Some times cheap ain't the best way

The worst experience I have ever had with a shop! Truck has been in there for over 3 weeks! You call the service writer and all you get is "I'll call you back" yet never do. You can't get answers for anything!! Been dealing with shops like this for 20 years and never had such a pitiful experience like thIs. I'm blown away by the way this place is ran!! First and last time I will ever use!! Brought in for multiple things and after trying to speak to them daily and letting know the time sensitive issue, after doing all the work except one thing, they pull the last thing out

I am very pleased with the people in the Phoenix location. Vannessa at the front desk was polite, had a great personality, knew what my problem was, and she even stayed over to make sure I was taken care of. She went out of her way to provide customer service. Their shop preformed the work, got to meet the Technician working on my rig. They took pictures to show me exactly what was wring. Taylor, the tech, even brought my truck around and put it in front of the service department, handed me the keys, and thanked me for letting him work on my truck. We will be coming back for more work, I am sure

I still kind of like coming to this place. My recent work was, just shoddy.
My A/C was repaired with a new condenser added and all the lines checked. My A/C worked for one day a hose started leaking green fluid. So, there's that.
I got a new CAC added and I'm missing my metal grill vent.
I wash my windshield and find a half inch bolt by my cabin filter. No idea. That kind of road debris would have cracked my windshield so I'm pretty sure it was left and forgotten.
Lastly, I had my lower radiator hose replaced here and it's now leaking about a gallon a day. Said I needed a pipe with a bracket

I called WW Williams, an authorized Allison Dealer, in Phoenix about a delay shift problem on my Allison transmission installed in my Tiffin Phaeton motorhome from Pahrump, NV. Jim, the Service Manager, invited me to bring it in for a diagnostic check. Upon arrival several days later after completing my stay in Pahrump, Javier Carrara was assigned as my Service Advisor. A work order was written up for my specific problem. I mentioned to Javier that we live in our motorhome full time and I was assured that a service tech would be assigned asap.
