Absolutely horrible experience. From beginning to end, high priced, no sense of customer care or satisfaction and most importantly rude behavior. I have paid them 300 dollars and got harassment and poor service. From beginning till end, they screwed up my order and didn't want to follow any instruction. When I went to pick up my order and told her my concerns and poor experience, she either blamed it on me or said "It is not in my control, this happens". After I left, I got an email from her showing concern and offering free cards. Well thank you, I appreciate but no more business with you and

I couldn’t be happier. I’ve gotten my trucks lettered/ wrapped from other places in the past and the quality that I previously have gotten is night and day from these guys. I was so amazed at how perfect it turned out. Now it’s making me want to have them wrap all of our trucks. I sent some emails Sunday night to multiple companies. I was going to go with whoever contacted me first. Monica contacted me the next morning. I stopped by showed her the truck and she immediately gave me a price. Look no further, Gem graphics is awesome! I recently called what felt like all of the printing places in the DMV for a print job for an upcoming gender reveal. I called Gem with a short turn around and it was done by the next day. If you live in DC, it's a little bit of a hike to get there in rush hour traffic. I felt so bad because I was running late and was held up in traffic but they were so accommodating and waited for me to come and pick up my order - talk about customer service! The final product is clean and absolutely beautiful. No issues with the resolution or clarity and the colors

This company is as helpful as they can be and so friendly. I had a shirt that I had purchased elsewhere that needed a decal put on it. They did it perfectly while I was waiting. I would be happy to give this company any graphic business I could. I have also recommended them to my company's business manager for promotional things, as well. I am sure they would do a great job!

I took my 5"x 8" cargo trailer to Gem Graphics to install my logo and signs and they nailed, it came out really nice and very professional.
