They got my car back to me within about 2.5 hours even though they had to take my whole steering column apart and put it back together. The owner was extremely nice and the service was reasonably priced. They even got me an uber so I could wait at home. My car turned smooth as butter after and I'm very happy with it.

I brought my 2011 Ford Edge Limited in to have several issues taken care of. I had read several reviews before going. I was pleased with the personnel I dealt with, Amanda and Gloria. They both seemed knowledgeable and was very pleasant to work with. Once it was determined that I would have to leave my vehicle, I was given a complimentary Uber ride home. As for the pricing, they were in the reasonable range of what I had expected to pay.

I am very disappointed in the service. I have been using Happy Wallet for a number of years. I guess things are different since the original owner retired.
I brought a BMW in for an oil change. Only problem is that either the plug was not tightened enough or they did not replace the gasket on the plug which I now understand is pretty standard (it is my daughter's car).
It leaked in my driveway which I did not notice and when it leaked in Ocala on my daughter's friends driveway she noticed it. She lost oil and had it repaired by someone else who did not charge her for the gasket.

The truest test of any company is how it responds when an error is made. Initially they must admit that they made an error. Although I feel certain that an error is of a rare nature at Happy Wallet, they readily expressed real contrition along with acknowledging their mistake. Secondly, their response to correcting that mistake went "above and beyond". The owner, service advisor, and #1 technician were all on the same page to get it right and get me happy. They accomplished that goal. Visit Happy Wallet and receive this same "customer first" attitude.

Can’t say enough great things about Happy Wallet and there help when my car broke down!
Had my vehicle towed, first thing the next morning I received a call asking what issue with my vehicle was they started to work on it immediately and were able to quickly resolve the problem and have my car back in a short period of time!
They were professional, friendly, fast service and very reasonable!
Will definitely be being my vehicle back to Happy Wallet whenever it needs any work done!

5Star Quality Auto Repair! Great Staff and Service! Gloria really helped me out when my Saab Aero had a problem with the Transmission not shifting..I was really nervous that it was going to need a rebuild due to the high mileage. But it was just a faulty sensor and Gloria also had her Mechanic flush and replace the fluids. I've been using Happy Wallet since the 90s. (Saabs, Passats, Porsches, Audi) When BigJim Washburn was the owner. I think he'd be proud of the work Happy Wallet continues to provide its customers. I'd recommend Happy Wallet to everyone. Best in Naples.
