There are several key questions homeowners should ask potential companies when looking into replacing their windows. What is the grade of your windows? All windows are rated according to performance criteria sponsored by the American Architectural Manufacturers' Association (AAMA). All windows fall within a scale from 15 to 60, based on their test performances.

I would recommend Jim and his team to anyone. Three floors, 46 windows, five different sizes and the A-BEST team had the job done in an amazing day and a half.

A-Best team is very professional and knowledgeable. Had 6 replacement windows installed and the crew had it all done in a few hours; which included nice finish/trim work as well. In 2008 we hired A Best Windows to install replacement windows at our house. In 2021, A Best came back to replace a malfunctioning slide device and all window releases. From initial sales call to installation, A-Best did an awesome job. Installation crew was professional, thorough and very detailed as they carefully removed and replaced windows. Result was perfectly placed, tightly sealed, well insulated windows. House was cleaner when the crew left then when they came! And no more cold breezes. And, did it all in one afternoon - outstanding!

I bought five windows from A-Best. They were mis-measures, which simply means that they didn't measure a job correctly (first red flag) and so they sell these at a discount. Still, one would assume that if you pick them up from the factory, they'd be decent windows. The first problem with the sliders I purchased was that the top center drooped down a good, solid 1/4". I could live with that, with caulking and flashing, etc. But the real problem was that two out of the five I purchases have very bad leaks.

Very unprofessional experience getting a quote with their group. have yet to receive a response to my request for a quote. i had someone come out and measure and then nothing. no response. wont respond to my emails. if they act this way before they even earn your business, i can't imagine what their work is like. do not buy from them.

Our windows were installed today. We had a lovely in home assessment done by Lindsey, who was polite and happy to answer questions. The papers drawn up and the deposit (half the total) paid, we were warned it could be 8-10 weeks since winter is a busy time.
Our windows were ready almost 3 weeks before expected and nature only caused a 1 week delay in the installation.
A pair of workers came and had all the 4 windows we were doing removed in short order. The whole thing took only 2 hours. They were polite, efficient, friendly and made sure they worked as cleanly as possible. They left my home
