Fabulous customer service! I was having issues with the warranty company not being able to find the part my dryer needed and Tayna gave me great advise and listened to my concerns. She then jumped right on the phone and ordered the part, it was the very last one we could find because it is not being manufactured anymore. She went above and beyond! I will always recommend this company! Thank you!

Absolutely do not use this company! First, I sent them to repair a coin operated laundry machine. The tech stole all the coins out of the machine; about $60 worth. I called the owner to let him know and he rudely said that they wouldn't do business with me anymore and acted as though I made it up. After some conversation, he decided to discount my bill to make it right. I went back about a year later for another repair. This time we make an appointment for 9:00am. They told me their tech would show up "promptly". That morning I waited for an hour and called them. They had no record of the appointment

The repair they claimed they made to my dishwasher cost $415. The specific problem wasn't even mechanical. It was a computer issue inside the dishwasher. it took a total of three visits and a month for them to complete the repair.
Five months later the same exact error occurred. When I called them and they told me it was my problem and that I would be paying in full to fix the issue again.
When I asked if it didn't seem unreasonable to pay that amount (again) to fix a dishwasher (again), their CS said, "No it's not unreasonable. when stuff like this happens to your car you expect to pay for it
