THE 5 STAR REVIEW HERE WAS POSTED BY THE EMPLOYEE RACHEL THAT WORKS THERE. MY EXPERIANCE WAS NOT POSITIVE IN THE LEAST. AFTER TELLING ME OF HIS 40 YEARS EXPERIANCE HE WROTE ME UP THE WRONG TEMP MEDICAL POLICY OUT OF JUST TWO POLICIES WE REVIEWED. I DISCOVERED HIS MISTAKE AND STRESSED THE IMPORTANCE BUT HIS ATTITUDE WAS CAVALIER/NO BIG DEAL AS IF THE MISTAKE WAS EQUIVALENT TO ORDERING THE WRONG APPETIZER OFF HIS DENNY'S EARLY BIRD SPECIAL. 40 YEARS EXPERIANCE AND A 50/50 SHOT AND STILL SOMEHOW MANAGED TO MAKE AN EGREGIOUS ERROR THAT COULD HAVE BEEN EASILY AVOIDED.
