And hence, my purpose. I pride myself and my staff on our customer service. Baehr Feet is still a small store, so we can take the time to get to know our customers and give them the personal attention that makes shopping with us a pleasure - even on the web!

Dishonest company.
Sent me a used, dirty, damaged pair of sandals, made it difficult to return them, and then refused to refund me my $80 because I sent them back outside their 14 day return window (in the same condition they were mailed to me, as depicted by photos I sent them on the day they were initially recieved by me in the mail). This is despite the fact that they are disorganized and hard to get in touch with, and I explained I was in the midst of a long distance move, in the midst of a pandemic, hence the return delay.
Returning by mail was more aggrevation than I wanted when I ordered

Was very disappointed to see the way you all are ignoring certain types of people when they enter the store. It’s interesting how you can spend over 1k at a store through the years, but come in looking a little different than usual and get treated as if you don’t exist. I would recommend greeting and treating EVERYONE the same.

Exceptional personal service and fast shipping! The owner, Duffy, even sent me a personalized email with my tracking number. Even though my experience was online, it made me feel like I was purchasing from my neighborhood boutique. I even received a coupon for my next purchase. I will be shopping here again soon for another cute pair of sandals!

My experience with Baehr Feet has only ever been as an online shopper and their stock does not disappoint. I love shopping online, but try my best to avoid big retailers. Baehr always has hard to find styles at competitive prices. Of you are a Jeffrey Campbell fan, look no further for some of his best styles. Shipping and customer service are aces, too!

I have always had great luck finding fabulous shoes at Baehr Feet. They have a wonderful selection of shoes that are not readily available in my area. I rarely come home with just one pair!! They also have jewelry and hand bags that are just the right thing. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful but also allow you to do your own thing. I’m so glad that we have you, Baehr Feet!!

This was the ONLY place I could find a specific pair of Dolce Vita shoes I wanted in my size. So I placed my order online around 3PM and within minutes the owner emailed me personally letting me know my order would be shipping out same-day and followed up with a tracking number shortly after. I am VERY impressed with Baehr Feet's customer service, as well as their selection. Highly recommend!

I don't usually write reviews but I just had to for this place! Baehr's online website was the only place I could find a pair of boots I wanted in my size. I was initially a little nervous about buying them because i had never heard of Baehrfeet before. I did it anyways and they came in 4 days! The boots were in perfect condition with the original box. Definitely ordering from them again.

Great Service! Great shoes! I was looking for brown wedge boots and they are really hard to find. I finally found one at Baehr Feet store in the size I wanted. I ordered it on Sunday with free shipping and got it on Thursday. I called the store to make sure my order has gone through and the representative was very nice, tracking my package and letting me know when I will be receiving it. I would definitely recommend them.

Susan and the team at Baehr Feet have gone above and beyond. My boyfriend purchased a pair of Tory Burch boots from Baehr Feet last Christmas and they unfortunately did not fit. I contacted the team and Susan was extremely helpful. She was able to issue me a merchandise credit, and with that I was able to purchase two pairs of Tory Burch flats (wahoo!). I can't thank Baehr Feet enough for making this exchange process so pleasant. I will definitely be returning to them for future business.
