This is a wonderful company I highly recommend Beverly Glass.I’m just a homeowner and needed two pieces of plate glass for table tops not only did they come out it was actually the owner who came out and measured within a week and then they gave me a quote within a week and I approved it and then a week later it was installed perfectly .it looks great and everybody was more than pleasant to work with .they were professional and courteous and did the job well.
Two other companies did not want to bother with me one gave me a high quote. The other one never return my calls and the first company

Completely unprofessional. Last year I brought a casement window to have the glass replaced and the owner forgot to put the interior grilles in it, then insisted that the window never had grilles, then I showed him a picture and he had to admit his mistake. Took weeks to get him to make a new window. This was in November and it was very cold in the kitchen without a window.
I just went in there with screens to be replaced and he lied and said that Jeldwen (the window company) had gone out of business and he couldn't re-screen the screen ????!

I wrote a 5 star review a month ago and Yelp removed it. I have used Beverly Glass for 2 shower glass installations and they are top shelf. The 2 owners, husband and wife are professional and are always available to answer questions and offer advice. I made a mistake in the color I ordered for one and they took care to be sure it was fixed and still installed before the holidays. Their prices are right and their installers are efficient and clean up completely

Beverly Glass was contacted by the previous owner (Seller) of our condo to repair a sliding glass door. When the door couldn't be fixed, Seller contracted with and prepaid Beverly Glass for the purchase and installation of a new slider. This agreement was part of the closing documents when we purchased the condo last June.

I would look elsewhere. These guys don't want your business. I placed a call to Beverly Glass in mid-late October requesting a quote for glass inserts for our screened in porch. The owner, Tom, told me he would get back to me after taking a ride to my house to check out the job. Two weeks elapsed with no call back, no follow up, nothing.
I called them for an update, explained that I was waiting for a quote/call back from Tom, and was assured that my message would be delivered to him and that I would hear from them shortly. No effort to follow up was made. Nothing.

II purposefully went with a local company and boy was that a mistake. There was an utter lack of professionalism shown by the office manager to the installer and even the owner acted as though I was a bother at times...it seems that they are "too busy" to even return a phone call or apologize for being 2 hrs late to my house and cutting my screen to the wrong size. I was literally told that they were too busy to finish my job and I had to repeatedly hear how the office manager has been doing this job for umpteen years and she would NEVER make a mistake. After two recent visits to Beverly Glass, I am seeking the name of a more reliable glass company. Although they have done some acceptable work cutting glass table covers, the last two jobs (a double paned window and a front door) have been barely acceptable, bordering on amateur work that I could have done myself for quite a discount. If someone could guide me to a better glass company, I would appreciate it. In both cases, I pointed out my concerns to the owner, who made light of them. If you look at my reviews generally, you will see that I am perhaps too generous, so this is a serious issue
