They are brow experts!! I wish I could give 10/10 stars. I went to Meg and currently have an appt to go back. I love how she shaped my eyebrows and tinted them. They look naturally defined and compliment my face! She made sure they were well shaped and took her time to make them perfect, I have never been happier with my brows! Honestly, I didn't even think they could look this good! This place is amazing!!!!

I love, love, love Brow Society. I recently went for a touch up for my microbladed brows (originally done in August 2021), and my experience was great just as the first time was. Santi is absolutely amazing and communicative which is important, because these brows last a few years! The service offered, people working, and difference it has made in my confidence is all amazing. My brows were patchy and weird looking before, and now they are literally just perfect and I'm obsessed. Haven't touched an eyebrow pencil in months and probably won't for years! I am such a fan of Brow Society. I genuinely think getting my brows done here (I did combo microblade and powder) has made the biggest singular improvement to how I look in years. And given that the effect lasts a while, you want to go somewhere really good, with the most high tech machines and experienced people. Santi did such a great job and I could not be happier!

Just went for my touch up microblading with Santi. He is amazing! And also ... My brows look AMAZING. He listened to what I was trying to achieve and help guide me what would be the best color choice (I was worried it would look too dark). I was pretty nervous as I did not want to look ridiculous. They look super natural and twice as full!

I was always skeptical of anyone touching my eyebrows because of my poor experience in the past. However, ever since I came to Brow Society my skepticism went away. This place is a judgement free zone, and these people know what they are doing. They are so professional and gifted. I really really love how my eyebrows look now. I did the microblading procedure with Santi and I couldn't be happier!!! I totally recommend it. Its so worth it!!! I have so much confidence that I dont even wear so much make up as before. If I ever move to another country, I would fly back here just to do my eyebrows

Went back for my touch up with Santi and it came out even better than the initial results! Wow! Santi the brow slayer! Seriously! Looks very natural but shaped and I don't need to spend 20 mins everyday drawing on my eyebrows! Color match is on point. Compliments my face beautifully, looks like my natural eyebrows BUT WAY BETTER! Took extra care to reapply numbing cream and ensure I was comfortable through every pass. Will definitely be back next year!

I absolutely love this place .It is my go to place to get my eyebrows snatched. I recently got the powder brows and my brows have not looked this good since my adolescent years. I do have to be honest it is a little painful some people have a higher threshold for pain but nonetheless I was able to get through it . Ariana was amazing! We laugh we joked about brows and she Put me at ease and comfortable at all times.

I wanted to go to a legit brow studio as I haven't been happy with where I've been previously getting them done. I grew them out for a bit ahead of this appointment to try to get the cleanest shape/result , I added a tint as I was traveling and wanted to minimize makeup upkeep.
The studio space appears new as there was some construction going on . The service rooms were clean and comfortable. I honestly don't remember the lady's name who did my service as she didn't introduce herself.

Visited yesterday for the first time. Honestly deserved 5 stars because Meg did an amazing job on my brows. She listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. She paid attention to each and every little brow hair to make sure it was perfect.
Only reason I was not thrilled was because upon entering, a young man that worked there was rude to me. He didn't even say hello and said "Use hand sanitizer." Guess I looked unhygienic to him.

I've gotten micro bladed and powder brows prior to coming to Brow Society. This is by far my favorite results. Bianna was my technician and she is great. She answered all of my questions, told me what she recommends and listened to what exactly what I wanted as well. She was gentle and made sure I was comfortable at all times. Will be going back for a touch up in a couple weeks and I am excited to see final results. Thank you!

I researched a bit online and needed an expert to fix my post pandemic brows. I booked a shape and lamination consultation and lamination appointment with Claudia. Right away I could tell she knew what she was doing and she had a vision for my brows! The shaping was spot on. After that we did a consult and agreed to go for the lamination. I am so glad I did because they turned out great! I'll be back for shaping in the future and highly recommended Claudia. She's passionate and professional. Thank you!

I went to Meg at the Brow Society based on previous reviews and I'm HIGHLY upset. This treatment was abrasive and has given me very painful burn marks and scratches. I got a brow lamination and tint and not only does it look like crap, I now have to wait months for this to heal & pay 1000s for lasers to remove the scaring from my face.
I don't have sensitive skin, and I don't use anything else on my face that would have counter acted.
I'm giving 1 star because at least the store manager gave me a refund for 5 1/2 hours wasted. They should have known better than to processed

I booked via ClassPass. I haven't been to Brow Society since they were in their old location so I had no idea that they moved and expanded to other brow specialists. I removed one star because I really wish that I knew who was doing my brows before I came in as I'm particular about my brows and looked forward to having Santi shape and tint them again. Instead I got Meg and honestly, I wasn't thrilled about it, but she handled my attitude with grace and professionalism, and my eyebrows came out better than I expected. Prior to my first visit, I was hesitant to come here due to the price (normally I pay $8 on 9th Avenue), but this service is worth every penny. Santi takes his time so that my brows are perfect every time. He also even pencil-fills my brows back in after shaping (I have super light colored brows that I don't like to tint). Each time I come here, I leave with my eyebrows perfectly groomed.
