Absolutely fantastic service. Brian showed up on time and went above and beyond in cleaning my home. He took extreme care in protecting my home and property and also kept me informed all along the way. Their office as well was extremely easy to work with. The pricing was upfront and the communication was always constant if you are in the area and need power washing services there is no one better.

Gilligan's Power Washing did an excellent job in washing our house and detached garage. They also washed the gutters and window sills. The brick front steps and the stone rear steps look brand new. We are very happy with the results. Brian was in communication with us throughout the process from providing estimates, answering our questions, scheduling and confirming appointment. Customer satisfaction is very important to him and he guarantees his work. It was a pleasure working with him and we highly recommend Gilligan's Power Washing.

Brian was extremely professional and respectful of our property. He had a tough job to do as we hadn’t had our house washed in years. What I liked also was he notified us the day before as a reminder of our appointment and texted us as he was approaching. He protected electrical outlets, our landscaping, and our outdoor lights. When he was done with the job he invited us to walk around and he explained everything and there was a small problem spot that he went the extra mile to fix. Both my husband and I 100% recommend Gilligan’s and I will do this again next year for maintenance. The house

First off Brian is very professional and honest and hardworking. These days your lucky to find one of those traits. The job came out better then I expected, I have 30year old aluminum siding and Brian took the time and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Pricing is very fair, if Brian is not happy with the job he will make it right.
