I worked at GNSA for 7 years and genuinely enjoyed my time there. My colleagues and the Management Team were easy to work with. They value a team-based approach to customer service which I found to be effective for both clients and my team members. It is important to maintain a healthy work/life balance, and I always felt like GNSA understood that and allowed me to handle all my family obligations that arose over my time there. We have been working with Great Northern Staff Administrators (GNSA) for over ten years. They handle all aspects for timekeeping and payroll processing. NSA is large enough to handle any complex payroll issue, but small enough to provide personal customer service. We know all the key contacts on a first name basis! I highly recommend them to any organization who is considering a new payroll provider.

Unprofessional Director Katharina Fink have appointment with her didn't bother even to apologize about not showing up to the appointment and I waited her for 15 min then she send one of her employees to get some information from me and that it,
