We were going to hold a staff shoe drive for a charity that her friend, Elizabeth, supports. For two weeks employees brought in shoes of all sorts that they no longer needed. When Elizabeth came to pick up the shoes one Friday morning, we had two huge boxes filled to the brim! So much so, that we had to fill a trash bag to keep the shoes from falling out!

When I walk in the door, I am greeted by smiles and hello's from the staff. It feels so comfortable and relaxed. The staff focus on you as a person, walking you from checking in to the exam to the choosing of the glasses. I never feel pressured into making decisions quickly. I always feel that I am included in the discussion of what is best for my eyes, why certain lenses or frames would be better or worse for what I need.

This is a great place to go for your eye care needs! Everyone I had encountered was so very kind and compassionate and had a passion for their work. Seemed very professional except for a pony-tailed guy who was rude to my wife as she was browsing for a style of glasses that she liked. Because of that, though I had purchased my glasses there, my wife refuses to return. So, the potential money that was theirs was lost because some employee did not want to sanitize the glasses she was trying on. We are now going elsewhere.

Kirman is the best Optometrist I have been to! I have been to a few others but this is the best one by far. Everyone is caring and extremely friendly. Angie the contact specialist is the best! So patient and caring. They are always on time whether it be an early morning appointment or late afternoon, they have never been late. I would highly recommend using Kirman Eye.

This is my second bad experience at Kirman Eye. My lenses were made incorrectly in 2017, but I was happy with the remake. I didn't hold that against them - anyone can have a bad day. However, this most recent experience is inexcusable. My order was screwed up 3 different times, each time resulting in another "7 to 10" day wait. Unlike 2017, I was not happy at all with the final version of the glasses I ordered. I could tell immediately something wasn't right, but I was advised to put them on upon waking up the next day, so my eyes wouldn't be going from one Rx to another. I wore the new glasses

Have been going here for 20+ years and always get only the best care and service. Doctors that take their time with you and staff that helps you through the whole process without rushing you. Highly recommend the Opti-map option instead of dilating your pupils, worth the little extra money. Large selection of frames to choose from. You can always stop in without an appointment to have something fixed or adjusted, like when someone sits on your glasses!

I traveled for an hour to experience Kirman Eye’s special blend of customer service and outstanding eye care expertise. I forfeited my discount at a competitive venue because they made me wait several months for an appointment. Kirman, on the other hand, was able to schedule me within an hour and a half of my first phone call. Really, they had a cancellation, but I know my normal wait time to schedule a visit would not have been months.

I have been a patient at Kirman Eye since junior high. The doctors are both friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I am always astounded by the new machines and technology they are using - way ahead of the times! The staff are always welcoming and cheerful. and there are always SO MANY frames to choose from!! Would definitely recommend their office to anyone looking for a new optometrist.
