I am very disappointed in the outcome with KPTSM and I will explain. First, the people are top notch. Louis is a fantastic Physical Therapist that listens to his patients, and has truly helped me begin to improve my condition. For that, I am very thankful. The office staff- also very nice, helpful and return calls quickly.
So, where is my frustration? Policies. It is 2021. The policy of missing too many appointments = you are not a patient anymore is absolutely archaic. People have lives, things happen, sometimes unexpectedly. I will admit I have missed 4 appointments where I called about 2 of

This last injury I had the pleasure of returning to Keene Physical Therapy for the 4th time. I have always been impressed by their availability, flexibility and effectiveness. I was lucky enough to be schedule with Evan who thoroughly impressed me from the start. His therapeutic intuition alone is worth 5 stars. Evan is attentive. Many times he spent extra time with me just to ensure I was receiving the best treatment possible. He is not only a therapist but also a teacher. I was discharged with a heavy heart but a head full of knowledge. My most recent experience at Keene Physical Therapy reinforced

I had a great experience working with Evan Knowlton for the recovery and rehabilitation of a hip flexor injury. I have used another PT office for a previous shoulder injury, and I felt that Evan's PT approach was unique and beneficial as we initially worked through some standard exercises but then migrated to more advanced exercises developed by Evan through his extensive experience to rehabilitate the injury as well as strengthen the injured area.
