There was literally no wait time once I completed the paperwork. Susan, the woman at the front desk was very helpful and efficient. Nurse Gail was great and created a very relaxed, comfortable atmosphere while she gathred/reviewed the records. PA Kent was awesome and sent me on my way with a prescription for just what I needed for a quick recovery! The Main Street office is the perfect size for this small town and very comfortably furnished. A very nice experience even though I was not feeling great.

Just the facts and I pray this doesn’t affect my future care. Never before have I had a clinic mess up so much so many times. The nurses are way high strung and for sure the receptionist is very rude and they seem to be inconvenienced when you ask them something. Very unprofessional. The docs are respectful and want to help but lack knowledge. Again the staff ruin it before you ever see a doc.

I get to the clinic at 8:15 and Sonia is shaking her head and said your appointment is at 9:30. Then she starts arguing with me about the previous days call. I recommend that the front desk don’t argue with the clients. It looks really bad. If she would have just
