Founded in 1956 by Wilbur Horlander, our story started out as a coin laundry service as in home laundry machines were not readily available at the time. Horlander later bought Yale Cleaners and renamed the business Nu-Yale Cleaners, expanding into offering dry cleaning services. As business grew, the main headquarters was moved to a 16,000 sq.

Dropped off a couple shirts earlier this week at the Grinstead location because the KY Derby is this Saturday. I was told to pick them up Friday (Oaks Day)after 5pm. Got there at 5:20pm. No shirts AND they won’t be in until Monday because they don’t deliver on Saturdays... thanks for ruining my KY Derby. Oh, side note... even if they had my shirts their card reader was down so I would have had to pay with cash to get them.

Their staff is friendly, professional, and very helpful. I find their prices to be very reasonable and the quality of their service to be high. I really appreciate their multiple communication channels: text, e-mail, website, and Android app. I haven't used their free pickup and delivery service yet, but am looking forward to trying it out.
