There is a reason why this place has only 1 star. Be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for a visit for them to diagnose everyone as medical, even though all you need are glasses, so that they can bill your medical and vision plans ridiculous charges. I have two insurances, and the services they billed to both are ridiculous and should be covered by your vision plan. They not only billed both insurance , took my copays, then sent me a hefty bill afterwards. They try to convince you that this is how it is how all opthalmic services and billing work. I have been to other offices and none of the other

I came in for an eye exam. Dr Wong did the exam and failed to mention that she's diagnosing me with dry eyes (though my eyes aren't dry at all) and so the practice apparently had to bill my regular insurance which doesn't fully cover eye exams. So I'm on the hook for $70 that the insurance won't cover. Plus she did a refraction test that took 10 seconds that apparently is not part of the eye exam (and wasn't told this) so I was billed another $50 on top of that. Communication is very bad here. Never again.

I was a new patient came for my very first office visit and I wear a face shield for medical reasons the lady at the desk went off on me when I first walked in like a 2 year old having a break down mistreated me and embarrassed me in front of other patients not even giving me the opportunity to speak that I have medical conditions and a face shield is still a state approved face cover under the NJ executive order with those with medical condition unless you want to be treated like a criminal and an animal you might want to reconsider this office with its brutal staff members never been treated
