I bought my spa through Costco, and after 1.5 years the main pump that provides the heat failed. Rather than address the issue with Costco, I called the number in the manual and was REALLY surprised I got through to a technician to initially help me diagnose the error code. I was then transferred to the support team to get a repair under way.....and I feared the worst. Tamara Dangelo at StrongSpas has been fantastic!! She coordinated a local spa shop to come way out to my remote mountain home (I worked with that place on scheduling). Everything went as planned and I was back to my morning hot tubs

Very kind and supportive staff. They didn’t try to push me into a sale at all. I was worried it’s be like buying a car and the sales people only care about you if you’re buying. Well, this wasn’t that. We told them we were just looking and getting ideas and they were still just as friendly. They asked some questions about what we were looking for and what we wanted in a spa. They had the perfect option for us. We were very happy with our experience.

Lie after lie after lie...worst customer service imaginable.
I was treated great by Bill in sales at the Lewisburg location until they got my money. After that, allegedly the spa was manufactured and shipped to a warehouse only 300 miles from my residence. Since then, 6 weeks have passed and I've gotten zero indication as to even a proposed delivery date. Called aforementioned Bill and the freight companies multiple times and just given lip service...oh, it's here and the managers are involved and you'll get your spa right away. Yeah, nothing has happened...shipping company doesn't even know where

We ordered our Strong spa from Costco last summer. Got it set up and working just fine. One year later there is an issue. Despite repeated emails and phone calls I have had zero help from service. The spa is under warranty for parts and labor but I can’t make the service needle move one inch. I live near Toronto in the GTA. There are thousands of spa service companies were I live, but no one and I mean no one services a Strong spa here. They provided 2 companies they claimed were dealers. I called both and was just told no. According to Strong, I can call any vendor and they will pay the tab

This is the worse brand you can purchase the service and warranty is not worth it and their fabrication materials are not the proper grade they use schedule 10 plumbing instead of schedule 40 and charge you like they use schedule 80 piping their components broke easy and their warranty is voided if you move your unit even you use a professional company to do it be aware of this company is just to steal your money with no quality product and no customer service. Don't fall for their pore manufacturing and quality.
