Bella Vista Motel

The staff at Bella Vista is great. It's an older motor hotel (motel) with a good clean pool, laundry serviced (both self service and daily housekeeping service). There's a pretty good restaurant attached and is conveniently located in the middle of town.
And Sandi Kathi and Dawn are the best! Ask for them if you stay here. They're helpful, informative and very pleasant. And Sandi is the hardest working woman in showbiz

I was worried about the reviews I have read from this website and others but these reviews are years old. Plus most people only write reviews when they have a bad experience. My stay was wonderful and I will recommend it to my friends and family. The Head housekeeper is doing an outstanding job bringing back the heart of Bella Vista Motel and is a hard worker if your stay is not going well she will do everything in her power to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had a couple of issues and the front desk redirected me to their head housekeeper which behind my surprise she come through

You get what you pay for. Bring a swim suit. Clean but 1 bed wasn't comfortable. We slept late and there was no hot water.

Manager lady is very nice and helpful, rooms are also perfect for a temporary living place with a full kitchen and a bathroom. Definitely a go to place to stay if you need a temporary living place or a visit to Sierra Vista. I slept very good as well, nice beds.

Best rate in town old style rooms would be nice to see the pool going coming back this summer for the price it's a steal.

Clean . Reasonable rate's. Kitchenettes in most rooms. Weekly rate's one guest 212.10 for two 251.65. Pet friendly only 5.00 dollars daily. Interesting and personable Desk clerks. Hardworking and respectful Housekeepers. Quiet peaceful environment. Only drama is the baggage carried in.

The room was a total disaster cleanliness wise the bed had white stuff on ityhe fridge is broken the shower was scolding hot no way to get it cooled down at all and there were holes in the walls of the bathroom and no blinds there was at least an inch gap between the wall ac unit and the actual wall and the carpet has stains galore. Not to mention that the cleaning staff instead of knocking just walked right in I can easily see why the prices are so low, I worked as a housekeeper and my rooms were never this displeasing. Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment and I urge anyone

A bit run down but the staff are nice. Sort of a mom-and-pop type place. Paper thin walls so not ideal if you're a light sleeper. There's a restaurant attached to the motel office with excellent coffee and decent food though they are a bit pricey for the quality and quantity. It's okay if you're just looking for a way stop passing through. I wouldn't want to stay for any length of time.
