The amount of personal attention we received is uncanny. Joanie, put together the perfect sisters trip and left no stone unturned. She is very detail oriented and made sure we had everything and knew exactly what to expect, even how to handle certain situations that we didn't know we would face. I swear Joanie wears a cape and a mask because she is a super hero! We’ve been using her service for years but when disaster struck our flights during our honeymoon, not once, but twice, Joanie rerouted our flight and we made it to Mexico on time without missing a thing! She was understanding and compassionate. The flight home we ran into flight trouble again, after-hours, and she stopped whatever she was doing and got us home. She made sure we enjoyed our honeymoon and that we were able to do it safely. We are forever grateful for everything you done for us! You will forever have our business
