Our 5000 square foot venue was built in 1893 and is on the official National Registry of Historic Places certified by the US National Parks Service. Originally the D.W. Beckham Residence, circa 1885, Historic Ann's 1893 is in the Roulhac District, Union City's first subdivision.

David and I have taken into account every detail you would need on your wedding weekend, from the Friday set up and rehearsal, to the Saturday preparations and photos, to the ceremony, reception, and after party! We even include a relaxed Sunday morning check out if needed.
All is set up by us and ready for you on Friday when you check in so that you may remain on-site, stress free, focusing solely on loved ones and the special commitment you are about to make to one another, and not on running back and forth from place to place.You supply the photographer, caterer, people, and the love, and we take care of the rest; at Historic Ann's 1893, we've got it all made easy for you!

The main floor has two large adjoining spaces which flow into 2 additional rooms and a large hallway intended to serve as an indoor ceremony and/or reception space. The layout may be adapted for indoor ceremony, formal dining, or more casual reception space. Pam's Meadow, our large outdoor ceremony space, includes a beautiful 30 x 50 slab of concrete, 25 benches with 130 seating capacity, and 16 x 20 multi-tiered ceremony altar with tin backdrop.

This was a very lovely wedding venue. Our pastor's son got married and the outdoor ceremony was beautiful. The ffg lower gardens were so pretty and the decorations ccx were so unique and adorable. The food was tasty after the wedding, and everyone in charge was very professional and friendly. I wish there had been a place like this near us when my daughter and granddaughter got married. I definitely would recommend Historic Ann's if you are planning a wedding. My only complaint was the availability of handicapped parking and facilities. If they had any, I did not see them. There was a lot of walking

An incredibly beautiful gem of a venue hidden in plain site, right in the heart of Union City. The architecture exudes a graceful nod to yesteryear, both inside and out. Each room is tastefully decorated and is well thought-out for its intended purpose. A full kitchen downstairs coupled with a serving kitchen on the main floor should give confidence to the most discerning host that virtually any menu can be executed here. Makeup rooms and the like are cleverly arranged. The outdoor stage and seating are quite charming and most adequate. The management and staff really have their stuff together

Absolutely beautiful place. We booked this venue for our wedding in sept. I wanted an outside wedding and the outdoor venue wasn't built yet and they assured me it would be ready by our wedding date, and it was. It was a gorgeous day and everything went so smooth. They were just a phone call away of I needed anything. I would highly recommend this place, very reasonable weekend package. The owners are great, easy to work with and was there if you needed them. Highly reccomend. Thank you Julie dor making this day unforgettable.

A walk back in time when beauty, elegance and simplicity ruled the day. Truly one of the most thought through and well designed multi function facilities I have ever seen. Offering the modern luxuries of comfort, the decor and setting is masterfully designed and flows from one room to the next. I had the opportunity to stay for two days recently and could not have been more impressed with the facility and hosts.. Well done Julie and David, well done indeed.

My husband and I visited Historic Ann's for the first time in the spring while it was undergoing renovations and fell in love with the old charm of this mansion from the moment we saw it. Soaring ceilings and dazzling fanciful chandeliers give this venue a special old world charm while providing many modern day updates and amenities. This venue has been lovingly restored, keeping much of the architectural charm of yesteryear while incorporating modern day conveniences by our wonderful hosts, Julie and David. The hosts went out of their way to ensure all of our needs were carefully attended to. The beautiful grand staircase provides the perfect setting for a spectacular bridal entrance or provides access to the lovely second floor accommodations.

My partner and I contacted Julie through her website and started the process of planning our wedding from a different state! I couldn't have asked for a more helpful, responsive, and flexible person than Julie. She got in touch with us right away and made the entire process stress-free and fun - that's every bride's dream, right?
