Junk Busters made every part of this process easy and painless. From initial quote to scheduling and pickup, it was a breeze. Everyone I worked with was nice, professional, and friendly! I think the entire pickup took 30 minutes from the time they arrived to when they left. Oh, and they even cleaned up the debris left behind. My apartment manager was so happy to have that stuff gone so they could pressure wash and paint that patio area. Worth every penny and will definitely recommend them and contact them for any future jobs like that I've got. Thank you!!

If I could give this company more stars I would.
My childhood dog had been on hospice for days and was going to be put down the next day and I was too exhausted to make it to the dump and didn’t want to leave my dogs side. The woman who helped me on the phone scheduled a pick up as soon as possible for me. She was kind and understanding while scheduling for me. When the guy with the truck arrived he was on time, professional and understanding of my situation. He patiently waited for payment while I cried on the phone with the vet about my dog. He was quick with the pick up, efficient, professional

Had the fellas take away a full size bed + small frame and box spring, along with a bunch of cardboard boxes and maybe some other miscellaneous items as well *I forget. No need for negotiation. If you have used this type of service before as I have on many occasions, you will know that the price they offer is very fair. I would strongly recommend giving Junk Busters a call if you have items you wish to get rid of.

We could not believe after one simple phone call, they responded so quickly and just handled absolutely everything needed for our excess furniture pick up. We are still talking about this company and wish there was a way to tip them on their invoice. Amazing service! After calling several companies, to no avail, we decided to try a totally new company. Junk Busters need to start a franchise because they are cut to the chase - clear, precise, and direct with what they would do for our pick up. To top it off - they do not

We did a huge clearing out of junk back in October. We first called another company who wanted to charge us over $800 to take everything. We were desperate to have it gone, but couldn't afford the whole amount. We had them take some of it but it still cost us a lot of money. We still had a ton of junk that we were adding to daily for a couple of weeks. We did some research and found Junk Busters. They came out and gave us an estimate for half of what the other guys were charging. And they were a lot friendlier. I highly recommend these guys over anyone else in the area.

I have nothing but great things to say about Junk Busters. I called several other junk removal companies around town, and they were going to charge me a ridiculous amount of money to remove a mattress, tv, tv stand and dresser drawers...and it would take them a week to do so. I did a Google search and Junk Busters caught me eye, so I gave them a call. Mitchell was so nice and helpful on the phone, and would you believe they were at my apartment in less than an hour!! Junk Busters gives incredible services! I contacted them and within two hours they were at my house getting to work on loading up our junk. We received a realistic and very affordable quote then a confirmation text and email. They were professional and very kind. They cleaned up every little piece. 100% recommend and will use them in the future!
