Let us help you choose the right size service for your home. It is our goal to provide quality and cost-effective garbage collection to every customer we service. LeMay Pierce County Refuse has a number of "service" related rules that are based on our need to collect refuse in a Safe manner. Should you cart need to be replaced or repaired, contact our Customer Service Department and we will arrange to have the cart exchanged.
You can count on Waste Connections to provide reliable garbage collection at your business. We provide a range of container sizes and service schedules to match your needs and budget. Rear load containers are designed for use in residential areas where space is tight and for small sized businesses with restricted space.
A drop box can be the answer to all your waste needs. No job is too small or too big, so let us work out the details. We will work with you to pick the best container for your project and then one of our professional drivers will safely place it where you need it. Once you are ready for an empty, just send us an email or call our office and we will take it to the appropriate disposal location.
Additional charges apply if your cart is overflowing or if you have anything next to your cart. You are charged according to the size of cart, which means the lid must be closed to avoid extra charges. If your cart is regularly overflowing, you may need to increase your level of service. Bags, boxes, or other items that are too close to the cart may be taken as extra.

Thank you for adjusting to the weather! The roads around me were terrible; I am glad you put safety first but also made up for the missed day. My household has had LeMay service (garbage, recycling, yard waste) for over 15 years and I have never had any problems. You have always been helpful in adjusting to the changing needs of my household with container sizes or pick up schedule and I really appreciate your whole team!

We had a lot of cardboard after Christmas. A gentleman named Michael (who is not our regular person) picked it up. I went out and talked to Michael and found him to be a very caring person who loves his job and does it well. He is a driver for LaMay. He was all smiles and you could tell he was enjoying it, even in the rain. This was a very positive experience.

I would like to send a shout out to our drivers. We appreciate you. The past 2 weeks have been rough due to weather. I know this week's pick up delays, weather - ice, wind, rain, and trash volume are/have been incredible. Thank you so much for what you do! I noticed that our automated garbage driver did NOT have a helper to assist with the extra bags we were instructed to leave near our trash bin. You sir are a rock star! Thanks again! 🙂

My recycling has not been picked up in a month even though I pay for this service. It’s out on time, it’s never overfull, or messy. The weather caused delays and I understand that but when I called I was informed only the recycling that fits in my bin will be picked up…… even though I’ve paid for it to be picked up. I was then told I could spend more money to drive my recycling somewhere else and drop it off. Why am I paying for a service that I don’t get to use, and a service that isn’t accommodating when it’s the weathers fault they can’t pick up the extra recycling. So now

Dimitri V. has been a truck driver on our recycling route. We cannot be more grateful for his friendly smile and fabulous customer service. He is careful while navigating our small neighborhood. Our side if the street was missed during a weekly pickup (first time in our 8 months with them). I called the customer service number and was connected in under a minute. Jennifer provided outstanding customer care, gathered info, and rescheduled a truck pass for the very next morning. Fantastic customer service.
