We were referred from our mechanic at another shop since he was too busy to meet our deadline. I explained the situation on the phone and they said they could get us in sooner to do the work. So I got on the schedule. Our mechanic called and spoke with the other mechanic at NETC to give him a rundown of what needed to be done. I also dropped off the itemized list ahead of time with them so they could be ready to actually do the work on the day we dropped it off. Not only did they instead do another inspection (which we didn't ask for and subsequently had to pay for) but wasted an entire day of

Although my circumstances were less than ideal, I had my car towed to Al's automotive and I unfortunately could not make it up there by thr time they closed and wouldn't dare leave it for the night due to the crazy fees all towing places have! So an extremely nice employee drove there around 1030pm in the rain so I Could pick it up! Another employee even checked my coolant (in the scary part that blow up) because my friend and I noticed the reservoir being empty and thr smell. Thankfully he did because it was bone dry! Great dudes
