Bart Hays, Co-Owner and Chief Marketing Officer, established Platinum Cross Welding, Inc (PCW) in 2009. He built the company on four strong principles. These consist of safety, quality, values, and meeting deadlines. PCW was named after a platinum cross necklace he received from his two children, Taos and Olis Hays.

Platinum Cross Welding has long served a wide array of upstream, midstream, and downstream partners in the oil and gas industry. Our fabrication talent doesn't begin and end with oil and gas though. For the past decade, we've fabricated systems that are in use at power plants, refining plants, water, wastewater, ethanol, diesel, nitrogen, oxygen and other systems.
Platinum Cross Welding is staffed with experts in building modular process facilities with skid-mounted components. These modular fabrications are growing in popularity because they offer great benefits. Sometimes a piece of specialized equipment needs fabrication. The owner or stakeholders have to make the decision to fabricate the vessel or system in the field or find a way to fabricate it off-site.
Process piping are key elements to many oil and gas operations. Customers often ask us to build these modular piping elements and deliver them to the site. Process piping products typically don't include skid-mounted components. Platinum Cross Welding makes process piping fabrications in our controlled environment shops.
