If you currently live outside of our service area and it is a great distance to drive PoolCo or if you are currently employed and unable to complete the application at our store during store hours, then it is acceptable to send, bring or mail us a completed application.

We had a wonderful experience working with PoolCo when buying our first pool! Skylin was great to work with. She took the time to explain everything and answered our many questions along the way. The crew installed the pool ahead of schedule and we were surprised how quickly it came together! PoolCo has also been very responsive after the sale and their customer service is top notch! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a pool or needs help caring for their pool!

I’ve never dealt with more friendly or knowledgeable staff. They make everything so easy! I’ve called three times and explained the issue that we were having and they’ve had the exact piece or kit we needed, paid for either over the phone or link via text, and had ready for pickup within 10 minutes. We called around, looked on the internet to browse what to look for what to stay away from etc... one Friday we stumbled on pool co and decided to call. BEST decision EVER! We know nothing about spas and the last thing we needed is a thanks for your purchase and good luck message. Pool Co shines on support prior too, during, and after the sale. The spa technicians know their stuff and make sure you understand before they leave. This is what we call a value add company. If you want a good luck purchase, go anywhere. If you want a complete turnkey and verification everything is good to go
