From being brought my CPM machine (2 days after my ACL reconstruction - should have been delivered the day after surgery), to talking with their “customer service” which is outsourced to India (fact), to trying to get my CPM picked up (20 mins on hold, hung up). Called me back to tell me they could pick it up in 3 weeks! Absolutely not! Miraculously, an appt became available to pick up in 2 days! Never 👎 again!!! Can’t wait to see my bill now that I’ve read the other reviews.

READ BEFORE PAYING YOUR BILLS!!!
I recieved two separate itemized bills. One for over $200 and one for $118 (so over $318 TOTAL). I first paid the one for $118 and a few weeks later recieved an identical bill to the paid one except that the price was for $105. This made me suspicious so I called my insurance company to learn that I only owed $118 and $90, $208 NOT $318!!!. Their invoices mentioned my insurance company but do not, I think intentionally, show what the insurance covered. They're seemingly trying to double and triple dip on the same services. The brace was recommended by my doctor aside from the "free" one you get from the hospital. I got a Surgi-care brace as the doc's office strongly suggested it over the other. The tech came to my home and assured that it would be free with the insurance and even no co-pay. Months after my surgery, Surgi-Care send a $499 bill for the device. Scam artists abound with this company... stay away, far away!

The brace I got from them is pretty good. However, after I paid for it, they sent me a bill in the mail. If I hadn't been paying attention, I'd be out an extra $250+.
Not only that, but the bill they sent me was for more than I paid the first time. I called to inquire, and they verified that they had overcharged me, and that they would issue a refund.
Three weeks went by and I didn't hear from them or receive a refund. I called again and was told that the refund was being processed, but that they couldn't give me a definite date when it would happen. I plan to follow up with them again in a week

Sorry I had to give them a star. These people are in bed with insurance companies and hospitals. They jack the price of, for example, an orthopedic boot" that sells on Amazon and other sites for $50 - $70 dollars. They submit the charge of, $350 in my case, to the insurance company. Your Insurance company "Allows them to charge say $330 dollars of which they cover a portion of t, but leaves a remaining charge of $97 dollars that is "My Responsibility." 1st. The Initial charge is absolutely outrageous, 2nd The Insurance Company Plays along, hell they probably own the company! If you are having an

BEWARE!!!! These people are con artists!!! I was assured and guaranteed I would have zero out of pocket expenses for a shoulder brace needed for post surgery. I later received a bill for $200 for this brace (which most likely cost less than $100 to make...). Stay as far away from them as possible, or get the guarantee in writing!

One star is too high. They fraudulently overcharge patients for medical equipment and then say they’ll give you a “discount” which is still way overpriced. They billed me $98 for an arm sling which costs under $30 elsewhere. Beware, don’t use this company if you can avoid them. Unfortunately Brigham and Women’s Hospital chooses to partner with them. Shameful!!
