I went to Doll Eyes for my 1st experience getting false eyelashes. I felt comfortable but unfortunately within less than 24 hours, being very careful with them, almost half of my left eye set had fallen out. I contacted them asking if I could get them fixed. The owner only asked my who did the work and where. I responded and still have heard nothing back, almost a week since I contacted them. It was not a cheap service and I tipped well. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone.

Do not go here. The damage done to my lashes are terrible, they used way too much glue, glued my lashes together, I had to go somewhere else to get them taken off and most of my natural lashes are gone. The place where I went to get them fixed said they’ve never seen such a terrible job. Apparently this is a regular thing for this place.

Used to love coming to get my lashes done here until the unprofessionalism set in. Stephanie canceled my appointment because “I was her only appointment of the day”. That is extremely lazy. I told her that I was extremely busy and could not move my appointment to another time this week. I have been very accommodating to Stephanie in the past but she does not return the favor. I got my lashes done for my first time while in Phoenix, Arizona and wanted to find a place that could do the same gorgeous volume lashes near home. I did a lot of research on places in and around Madison but couldn’t find one that stood out to me. I looked more into Doll Eyes Lashes and decided to set up an appointment with Stephanie Howard at the Monona location, and let me tell you, I am so glad I did! Such a great place to relax and get my lashes done! Professional salon, glamorous atmosphere makes me feel well taken care of. I have had Jade and Jessica and they are both amazing. Great prices! I only didnt mark it 5 stars because I think that the lash glue they used could be more aggressive..... other Salons I have visit use a HONEYBEE lash adhesive and it is AMAZING!
