I had broken a pair of glasses and needed a new pair so I decided to try Innervision for a new pair. I'm new to the Philadelphia area so I decided to try this store due to their good reviews. I was very disappointed by the way the staff deceived me on their frames and lenses pricing. I have Eyemed, and my plan includes $150 off the frames plus 20% discount. Well when the staff at Innervision told me they took Eyemed, I took them at their word. Then when I got the final bill, it seemed high to me. I came across InnerVision on social media and noticed they had an amazing Black Friday BOGO sale. I wanted some new, fun glasses and I am so glad I stopped in. I was drawn to their variety and ended up with two pairs of Philly Eyeworks because of the ability to totally customize them on-site. Li helped walk me through the store's whole selection and then through the process of finding the right pairs for me. I was very disappointed since this is the most I’ve ever spent on a pair of eyeglasses. I have worn glasses for over 20 years and have bought at least three pairs of glasses or contacts from them. The last pair of lenses they made which developed so many small nicks and scratches from minimal use over a very short period of time? This was puzzling to me since I’ve never had this issue and they wanted to charge me 50% off another pair of lenses to correct the faulty lenses?? Innervision is the only location in Philadelphia that I trust with my glasses. The owner is very hands on, and when there was a problem with my glasses, he went above and beyond to personally address it. I continue to be very impressed with Innervision's quality and customer service as I am sure you will be too.

I have been coming to Innervision for over 4 years now, and hope I never have to find another practitioner/eye wear outlet! The staff is full of helpful people who are patient and ultimately care about making sure you leave with precisely what you want and need. Philly Eyeworks products are amazing - at this point, I think I have 6 pairs of custom colored frames.

This place is great. There was no pressure. I stopped by several times before I made a decision and they were always happy to help. They took my vague notions of what I wanted and repeatedly provided a variety of frames as I figured out what I wanted. I ended up a with a great pair of unique frames that I would not have landed on by myself.
I also made the excellent decision of wearing my brand new glasses into a sauna. Luckily it was in the first 30 days and they replaced my lenses for free, I believe within 2 business days. I also love that I can pop in for adjustments whenever. Like I said

I've been going to Innervision for years, and they always take great care of me! The eye doctor is knowledgeable and kind, and the staff are super friendly. Quick service, quick turnaround time on getting prescriptions filled, and no mistakes. I've been recommending them to friends for years. I've been wearing glasses since I was like 4 years old and have never had a better experience anywhere I've gone. Truly. I LOVE INNERVISION!

Great experience, and great selection of quality frames! The exam was quick and straightforward, but where this shop really shines is in the service you receive when picking frames. I simply described what I was looking for and was quickly brought a tray with 5 or 6 options matching what I requested. Some options were exactly what I already owned, some were a bit more adventurous to give me new ideas. Based on what I liked and didn't like, they then brought me more options.
