Love the quality of the equipment (up to date cardio, etc.) the expertise from the owner and trainers, extremely clean and not overly crowded. The location is very convenient too.
They offer small group training sessions which is a great alternative to 1:1 training. All very skilled in how they train.

I have been working out with Cornell at Fit for over two years now and I am completely hooked!! It all started when my husband gave me a certificate for a training session for Christmas (yes ladies one of those)!! I went reluctantly because I had previous trainers and belonged to a gym and just determined I did not like working out. Cornell changed my mind and my body. He listened to my issues and dealt with my initial resistance and slowly converted me into a believer. What I like most about Fit is the small environment and personal attention. Both my wife and I train at Fit; Cornell listens and designs a program of total fitness around your individual goals and desires. And he modulates the workouts depending on how you are feeling on any particular day. The personal training is one on one with no one watching. Its a great place for beginners or more advanced folks looking to train with someone that will create a routine to challenge you!

I highly recommend Fit Personal Fitness Studio, the facility and the trainers. This is a very clean facility in a great location in Downtown Danville. The facility has all the professional gear you need, and the trainers provide a personal touch.
Cornell is an excellent trainer with plenty of education and experience. He is motivational and conscientious with his clients. He develops a program to meet your short and long-term goals. Going on about 3 years, I continue to look forward to my training sessions!

I have been training with the owner Cornell Soriano for more than 10 years and he has been a fantastic motivator and brings the professionalism of a Certified Sports Trainer. He has a background in training professional athletes as well as people that spend 40+ hrs a week behind a desk. He is always flexible with schedule and tailors the workouts to the personal goals/needs of the individual. Not only have I been training with Cornell for years but my wife and 12 year old daughter both train with him as well. I would recommend Fit Personal Training studio to anyone looking to increase fitness

I have been training with Conor Joyce for almost 5 years and I have not only lost an enormous amount of weight, I am stronger, have better posture and am much more flexible. He is a knowledgable certified trainer who customized my training to fit my changing needs as I lost weight and became more functional. I love training with him; he actually makes exercise fun. I definately see the results of all our hardwork!

I've been working out with Conor weekly for the last 6 months. I am a chiropractor and having met tons of trainers in my profession, Conor is truly one of the best! He has special training in a method that focuses on posture and alignment which (as a doctor, I know!) is CRUCIAL to fitness in a safe and appropriate way. Conor knows his stuff and knows his anatomy!

I've had six sessions with Conner. I forget the exact price... something like 4 sessions for 140$.
I workout a lot - so the sessions with Conner been well worth the money and - yes this sounds dramatic but it's true - have changed my life.
The exercises Conner has me work on have:
1. Dramatically improved my posture
2. Quickly built mass in my legs, back, chest and shoulders
3. Given me a foundation - so that when I go to create my own exercises - they are effective - I've even changed the way I swim
4. Changed my workout so I spend most of my workout time stretching

What a great little studio to work out in! I've known and worked out with Sandy, the owner, and she is great! I'm currently working out with Blair who is so sweet and energetic. She has a great way of making every workout feel like fun and the time flies, but I know I've had a good workout the next day when my muscles are sore. They also have a Pilates studio upstairs, I've never had a session with the Pilates instructor but it looks like a good workout!
