Tax Returns for 2017 and 2018- Must have filed your tax returns, we will be ordering a Transcript of the filed returns to verify your 1040's. In the event you cannot find your Tax Returns, you will need to go to the IRS Consumer Division and order a copy they will give them to you there. IF APPLICABLE - copy of Bankruptcy papers, with discharge - Copy of Divorce Decree - Copy of Child Support Order.

I attempted to refinance through my bank, without success, they kept giving me excuse after excuse why I could not refinance. They basically told me I could not get a refinance. After 3 months of staling I found Buy or Refi. I had Kimberly and she is terrific also her staff they feel like family. About 1 month I had my refinance thanks to buy or refi. I will refer them to everyone.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Kimberly is fantastic and was so pleasant to work with. I had tried to refinance with my Bank but they dilly around for months . I thought that I was unable to refinance and then I found BUY or REFI. Kimberly was so understanding and knowledgeable .

What a great experience we had. First we had a pre-approved loan with someone else. However they had a reputation of dragging their feet and when asked if they would be able to close on a loan, I couldn't get a guarantee from them.
So, a friend of mine recommended Rhett at BuyorRefi. Rhett jumped right on it, went step by step with me and had the loan finished within a couple of weeks.
